A Successful man who keeps getting the love of all the Chilean women
Miguel Luchino González Boriani, known as Miguel Bosé, son of the Spaniard bullfighter Luis Miguel Dominguín and the italian actress Lucía Bosé. He was born april the 3rd of 1956 in Panamá. He grew up in an environment surrounded by culture and art. Some close friends of his family were Pablo Picasso, Ernest Hemingway a
nd the father of the current vice-president of Colombia (Francisco Santos Calderón).His godfather was the Luchino Visconti.
Miguel Bosé has sold more than 11.000.000 of copies of his albums nationally and internationally.
Who got you into the artistic world?
-Pablo Picasso, was the first character who took me into the artistic world. He enrolled me in a school of classic dance.
Tell me about an important adventure that you have experienced.
-I moved to London in 1973. I wanted to go to an economy class, but there I realized that I wanted to dance.
How did you know that music was made for you?
-In 1975, when Camilo Sesto wrote a song for me called “Soy”.
I love your song called “Anna”, what can you tell me about it?
-Yeah, it was like (he starts to sing) “Soy un hombre que ha vivido
Que ha pagado y ha aprendido... Créeme” (he stops singing) It’s a nice song. It brings me good memories.
What do you remember?
-Sorry, but that’s personal. I’ll keep it in my heart forever.
How did you feel singing in French?
-It was different and difficult, but it’s a beautiful language, they thought that it demonstrated my interpretative abilities.
Have you sang with someone?
-Yes, I have. In 2000, Ana Torroja came with me on a tour. We went to Latin America. With Alejandro Sanz, too. We sang together in an album called “Por vos muero”.
What about the tour called “Por vos muero”, how was it like?
-It was great. It was a tribute to the cinema world, orchestra sound and to the classic formation I received when I was little.
What kind of music is “Velvetina”?
-It’s electronic dance, trip hop and chill out music.
You’ve been lots of times in “Festival de Viña”, have you enjoyed performing there?
-Yes, I have. I like to show to the people my talent in the stage. Besides the people are very supporting and nice.
I went to “Papito Tour” Concert. You were singing with enthusiasm.
-It was great. Everyone knew the lyrics of my songs, and they were having a good time.
